Had a lovely week away up North looking for Whales and Dolphins
In total we spotted 6 different cetacean species, Porpoise, Rissos Dolphin, Minke, Humpback and Fin Whales and Orca !
I also bumped into Steve Backshal and got the chance to thank him personally for his help creating the new Bite-Back Shark and Marine Conservation school education pack.
Sadly we had to leave early as I had an awards do in Glasgow because I had just won Young Scot of the Year 2023 for the Environment category !
Not a bad way to celebrate World Oceans Day.
